We first meet Emma at an open home on a Saturday - where we viewed the house we purchased for the first time. She was very well informed about the house and very professional to deal with, super friendly and all really nice person. An excellent first encounter. But wait we then came back on the Sunday with questions. And again excellent to deal with and what Emma didn't know the answers for - she found out the answers by the end of the day. Perhaps a builders report could happen much earlier in the process, this would allow the vendor if they are capable to address some of the minor issues, also an icon for single bedrooms on your signage, might save some unnecessary inspections .otherwise many thanks to Joe and Emma.
