Ten years ago, Emma moved from China to New Zealand. In this beautiful country, she completed her Master’s degree in business, and built her young family.
When she purchased her first property, Emma was single, with no family support here. She spent countless hours viewing houses and attending auctions alone—it was stressful and, at times, overwhelming. Looking back, she wished she had someone experienced to guide her through the process. A few years later, Emma met her partner, and together, they decided to buy their family home. She rented out her first home to a wonderful family, and through this experience, she learned the importance of investment value in property decisions.
