Since the very first day Emma's has gone above and beyond to accommodate for our personal needs. Emma is fountain of knowledge, she's relievable source of information. She knew the region like the back of her hand and wasn't shy to give the hard truth about the property. When little annoyance with the potential to grow into something larger popped-up she was their to stomp it down. For example, when she would took us through the property certain neighbors would park in our spots, rubbish was littered about the place she would get in contact with the maintenance and actively pursue the issue until it's resolution. She's not afraid to give us the hard truth, always open to discussions and was always transparent with us on our progress.

Emma was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She went that extra mile for me and made a stressful situation a lot more manageable I can not recommend Emma more highly. She was always professional in her manner and kept me informed every step of the way. I will be going back to Emma for any future property purchases
