Emily Smith is a dedicated and professional real estate salesperson who has been selling real estate since 2022. Emily began her career with Bayleys as a Personal Assistant in the Christchurch residential office, where she gained valuable experience and insight into the industry. After obtaining her REINZ license, she transitioned to her current role as a Licensed Salesperson in Ashburton, specialising in residential and lifestyle properties. Real estate runs in Emily's blood, with both her mother and grandfather having successful careers in the industry. This legacy has instilled in her a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Emily combines a solid real estate pedigree with hands-on experience from growing up on her family's farm in Central Otago. Her time spent as a governess on an outback station in Australia further developed her strong work ethic and adaptability. Emily says “buying or selling property is not something people do every day, and it’s a big deal. Emily loves meeting people from all walks of life and building strong relationships within her community. Emily was absolutely exceptional to work with. Her communication style made buying a first home so so easy, no question we had was ever unanswered or overlooked. She always kept us updated with the process . Emily is incredible at her job and pays so much attention to the properties she is selling and looks out for both the vendors and purchasers. Excellent proactive communication and always available to us and buyers when needed

Emily had a very proactive approach to selling our house. She worked with us to get the place on the market in a timely manner and was always available for us and potential buyers for any questions. She remained professional throughout the process and kept us well informed of how open homes and other viewings went. Would recommend Emily to other sellers. Her attention to detail was also very valued.
