A dream experience!

As soon as we met with Emily, my wife and I knew we were in great hands. Despite a difficult market and us being first home buyers, Emily was extremely accommodating, displaying a friendly nature at all times and providing clear insight into the market and options available to us within our budget. We had a few options, and despite some initial setbacks Emily was extremely professional, guiding us in the right direction and providing support every step of the way. Emily went above and beyond to ensure that, through every step of the process, we were comfortable, understood what was going on and answered any questions in a timely, concise and clear manner. Emily was also supportive and knowledgeable regarding legal process and Kainga Ora First Home Partner requirements, which made us feel more at ease when moving through the steps toward settlement.
