Elman is a star! We were living in the South Island so almost all our engagement was by remote means, but it certainly was not remote in style, (lots of phone calls) or content with up to the minute information. He was proactive and did wee extras for us that made things go smoothly and progress was ongoing despite some issues with the Council over old building consents.
