We had been looking at homes for a couple months and had been through about 40, feeling the all knowing fatigue of purchasing a home, before coming across this gem. But right from the first open home I was impressed with Elliots knowledge of the property and refreshing candour. At the initial open home he was quick to tell us of any known issues, the primary one being that the property was without a code compliance certificate, but he didn’t shy away from giving us all the facts and that this was currently being worked through and gave dates for when everything would be completed. Every part of the process was smooth, going through multiple versions of a sales and purchase agreement before being comfortable of the conditions and Elliot never made us feel like we were being a hassle. He fought for us and our offer, was incredibly kind, easy to relate to and 100% would be my first choice when my time comes to sell my home.

Elliot was very friendly and very helpful through the entire purchasing process. He knew what he was talking about regarding the house and the surroundings. One really nice thing was that he isn't slimy like most other agents agents that I have dealt with.
