I put my house up for sale in the winter months, when interest rate were going up up up!! I don't think that's a very good time to sell but I wanted it over and done, it took awhile but Elle Jane and Brooke never gave up and they worked their butts off for a sale. I had many offers that fell through due to finance but they kept my spirits up and finally I had an offer I was pleased with. Great team they kept me updated since I had to go overseas.
