Great communicator with strong market knowledge

I really enjoyed dealing with Ella throughout the process. She was easy to deal with, responsive and kept me in the loop the whole way through. She had a good understanding of the market and the role, and was straight up with me from the start about expectations and the process. I never felt like I was just another candidate. Communication was probably the biggest thing for me, quick responses, regular updates and always happy to have a chat when I had questions. Overall, Ella was really professional but also very personable. Would happily recommend her to anyone looking at making their next career move.
