Very positive despite a couple of unpleasant dealings with the source of the CCC issues. Her co ordination with Sharlene worked very well. From the start, Ella appeared very knowledgeable about the market prices and had examples to back up her views. (unfortunately market went downhill a bit after that) She reviewed the approach once the auction failed to get a result. She always kept me informed of what was going on or of what she wanted my opinion on. Ella found out various issues that i was not aware of at the time (eg the missing CCC)
