A Very Disappointing Experience

Unfortunately, my experience with Ella Lin was extremely disappointing. During the purchase of the house, we were given information and reassurances about the condition of the property. However, after completing the purchase and being able to properly inspect and use the property ourselves, we discovered that many things were not as they had been presented to us during the sale. What disappointed me the most was that I trusted what I was told when purchasing what is one of the biggest investments of my life. After the transaction was completed, I started discovering problems and issues that had not been made clear to us before the purchase. In my view, there was a significant difference between what we were told during the sale and the reality we discovered after purchasing the property. After I purchased the house, I tried to contact her to resolve some of the issues and problems, but unfortunately, her attitude and communication towards me were extremely poor. I did not feel that there was any genuine interest in helping me or resolving the issues after the sale had been completed. Honestly, this experience completely destroyed my trust, and for this reason I would not recommend her to anyone considering purchasing a property. I strongly recommend that any future buyer does not rely solely on what they are told, but independently checks everything and makes sure that all information and promises are provided in writing before completing the purchase. This review is based on my personal experience and what I discovered after purchasing the property.
