Marketing campaign.
Hi,
My first conversation with Ella occurred early 2021. The intention at that point was to market and sell late March. Professional guidance and opinion was provided by Ella along with a comprehensive and analytical market appraisal. During that period, emphasis was placed on a non-pressure working partnership between her, her team, and us, as vendors. Intentions didn't go as planned and the marketing and auction of our property didn't happen until late Oct early Nov. In the interim Ella was kind enough to maintain contact, with the latest area sales statistics and property preparation suggestions, in the lead up to the marketing of our property. As we neared the end of our timeline, Ella once again provided the latest up to date market appraisal. Each of the appraisals provided, identified an expected value range on auction day.
Ella, as Ray Whites representative acted in a very friendly, courteous and professional manner. Her professionalism,
communication and punctuality attributes were outstanding. We never felt pressured to make urgent decisions. Guidance was provided with an experienced opinion and if there were any questions she couldn't answer, or couldn't answer with confidence, she communicated with her team to get the correct information. Any relevant information that was required to be passed to us, was done so in an expedited manner.
As the real estate agent whom was acting in our best interests, i would have no hesitation in recommending Ella as a professional, reliable, and trusted person, to market someone's property. From our first encounter to the final fall of the gavel, the marketing campaign and auction flowed seamlessly. We watched the auction and were very impressed with the way the auctioneer controlled the flow of proceedings, with the final call result, exceeding our expectations.
