Elke is highly professional and very approachable and friendly person. Her communication was excellent as she replied to our queries promptly and gave us realistic expectations eventhough we were on the purchasing side. Love to recommend her for any of our friends new purchases with Harcourts. Overall the experience was brilliant.
Elke did a wonderful job to get my property sold. Great attention to all the legal requirements, and excellent support, as I knew nothing about selling as a Trust. Elke was very considerate of my personal circumstances, and together with Robyn did an amazing job of keeping it simple, but selling quickly. Thank you so much.
Il be honest and say ive never had much faith in real estate agents from negative past experience. Elke has totally changed that. Not only is she efficient, hard working, an excellent communicator, but she really works hard and advocates well for the seller....your lucky if you can get this agent in your corner 🙂
Elke helped us with our purchase of 79 Whau Valley road. She was very helpful and professional though the whole process. It had been awhile since we had purchased our last house so we appreciated her talking us though the process of putting a offer in. Elke is such a warm, friendly person and very easy to chat to which made purchasing the property hassle free.
Elke, market knowledge is an asset to her client and Harcourts. Great advise given during our marketing plan. Open homes run like clockwork, very inviting and professional presentation. Thanks Elke and the Harcourt support team. Another happy costumer.
Elke has done an amazing job in exceptional circumstances. Her expertise and patience is much appreciated.
Elke is a very professional and knowledgeable agent. She kept us well informed during the whole process and achieved a most satisfactory result given the current market situation. We found her friendly and open to our negotiations as the sale progressed. We will recommend her to anyone wanting an honest deal . We wish her well in her chosen profession
Elke was very professional, caring, and most of all kept us in the loop every step of the sale. Elke was able to sell our house before it even hit the market, which only happened because she went above, and beyond! I would personally recommend Elke to every one in the future, and wouldnt hesitate to use her again for any sales. She's absolutely outstanding 👏 Thank you so much.
The process of selling with Harcourts and Elke Nicholl has been professional, smooth, friendly and efficient. We are so thrilled with the result she achieved for us, especially with the current difficult market. She went above and beyond and always kept us well informed. Your expertise, excellent communication and attentive approach has been greatly appreciated throughout the whole selling process, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again in the future. Highly recommended. Many thanks.
Thank you Elke for patiently answering all our queries even after office hours and for keeping us updated at all times. The process of purchasing a property went smoothly, everything was done professionally and in a very timely manner.
I enjoyed working with Elke, she is always upbeat and would send reminders, and updates on progress. Elke has great knowledge of the area of Whangarei. Would definitely use Elke Nicholl again. Kind wishes.
