Excellent, friendly and honest

Stefanie and I were thinking of getting a second property, closer to the city. I spoke to a couple of agents I know and Elizabeth was one of them. She was the only one who actively checked on how the plan on securing a mortgage was going. She always had ideas on how to get things sorted. She was working so hard, eg: spending time with us in the weekends to view houses for sale. She is friendly and has a good network of people and good knowledge of what is available. She was given an amount to work with and she was always positive that in the current market, that amount can find us a house which we can call home. She gave us all the freedom of decision making and was not at all pushy. It never felt like we are dealing with a real estate agent, instead it felt like you are dealing with a family member. Even if we liked the house, she would always point out the pros and cons of the property and never felt like we will be cheated. She always had our best intentions at heart, knowing we had a really young family. In the end of searching for over 2 months, all her hard work, perseverance and dedication to the cause paid off and we managed to secure our second home, one that fit the budget and met all of our requirements. In the course of this time, she has become part of the family. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a property. We will definitely go back to her if we ever want to purchase another property or sell one.
