It has been a wonderful experience dealing with Elizabeth M. For a first home buyer like me, everything around the real estate market was very inundating to say the least - in terms of laws, market practices, auction rules, tender documents, lawyers' practices so on and so forth. Elizabeth's awareness of market practices and the real estate market is excellent. She patiently explained every aspect of the process of buying a house in NZ to me without for a minute getting anxious or exasperated. Her calm demeanor and reassuring attitude help me tide all of these complexities. More importantly, she quickly saddled up into the role of being an extended "family member" and dispassionately provided the right guidance during the journey of buying my first house. I think what makes Elizabeth stand out is her unassuming nature, candour and transparency in dealings. The process of buying my house has been a seamless one - thanks to Elizabeth. So much so that I have now found a new friend, mentor and guide in all aspects around the NZ real estate market. Elizabeth as our listing agent has worked very hard and has gone out of her way to help with which I would say as a extremely difficult situation. Stefanie and I were thinking of getting a second property, closer to the city. I spoke to a couple of agents I know and Elizabeth was one of them. She was the only one who actively checked on how the plan on securing a mortgage was going. She always had ideas on how to get things sorted. She was working so hard, eg: spending time with us in the weekends to view houses for sale. She is friendly and has a good network of people and good knowledge of what is available. She was given an amount to work with and she was always positive that in the current market, that amount can find us a house which we can call home. She gave us all the freedom of decision making and was not at all pushy. It never felt like we are dealing with a real estate agent, instead it felt like you are dealing with a family member. Even if we liked the house, she would always point out the pros and cons of the property and never felt like we will be cheated. She always had our best intentions at heart, knowing we had a really young family. In the end of searching for over 2 months, all her hard work, perseverance and dedication to the cause paid off and we managed to secure our second home, one that fit the budget and met all of our requirements. In the course of this time, she has become part of the family. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a property. We will definitely go back to her if we ever want to purchase another property or sell one.

Elizabeth is very hard working and supportive. She helped us secure our dream room much sooner than we ever expected. Her negotiation skills are exceptional. She is always energetic, confident and motivating - which helped us find the perfect property that met our needs well. She is very experienced and knows her job well so we could always rely on her to give us accurate and timely information. She guided us well through the process of buying our first home. It was a hard sale for Elizabeth. With Avondale being further away from Pinehill to having to sell a plaster cast crossleaser to making the property vacant possession to tenants needing hand holding to vacate. She amazed us all by her sincere pure hard work and toil. Everyones happy!
