Staging was a breeze. On her suggestion, I made a purchase at an op shop and Elizabeth supplemented with her belongings. Legal paperwork was not a problem, including extra forms due to me selling on behalf of a friend. Eighteen days on the market, three weekends of open homes and an auction sale on the nineteenth day. Hamid lent a hand throughout the whole process. They are a great team. Their immense effort left me feeling happy that the house sold and incredulous that they could do so much in a short time.
