Ian and Team Du Plessis were by far the most outstanding operators we've ever worked with in real estate. Ian genuinely brings a refreshing sense of honesty to the profession. He provides advice and I never once felt as though that advice was pushing me to an outcome I didn't want. For example, he advised me to counter offer lower than my list price, but our bottom dollar was the list price; we didn't take Ian's advice but rather than trying to push us to take his advice, he gave us the facts, some options, and let us make the decision. In the end the purchaser took the list price, a great outcome for all. There is no other real estate agent I have ever worked with that I would go back to, or happily recommend to a friend or colleague. Team Du Plessis has really changed the perspective on the industry for us. If you are considering using anyone else, DON'T. Just pay the extra fee (if it's extra) and you will not regret it.
