When I chose to sell a property in Pukekohe, I deliberately selected Ian and Elizabeth Du Plessis for their quality service and expertise. We had a little confusion when Ian left unexpectedly with regards to who was managing the sale of my property and I did feel shunted to more junior staff I did not know and had not met. Not to say they weren't competent but from my point of view, I didn't know them, hadn't met them and at the end of the day, they were not the agents I had chosen to sell my property. I don't think I was out of line becoming frustrated by this. However, when I discussed this with Elizabeth she understood and jumped on board to manage the remainder of the sales process with me.
