Eliza was very responsive and always had time to discuss and guide us through the sale process. Her advice was sound and always in our best interests, making complex decision-making feel relatively easy. We were previously somewhat cynical about the role of estate agents having had less than positive experiences (in other parts of New Zealand). Eliza totally turned our prior experience around. We would recommend her without any hesitation.

I found Eliza Friendly, Open, Enthusiastic, Helpful and overall very Professional with a good knowledge of the Market and Great Communication Skills. I can Highly Recommend using Eliza Services as the Marketing and Result was Excellent

I recently purchased a family home through Baileys and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish Eliza was incredibly professional and attentive. She kept us informed at every step and was always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend Eliza and Baileys Diamond Harbour to anyone looking at buying or selling a home. Their expertise and experience made buying our home journey a pleasant experience.

Eliza was energetic, enthusiastic and always responded quickly to our requests. She gave us good advice. Thanks so much for your hard work!
