With over a decade of experience in real estate, Eliza Waszczak is known for her approachable, people-first style, energy, and focus on achieving strong results for her clients. She enjoys helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions—buying or selling a home—and works to make the process clear, confident, and stress-free.
Eliza began her real estate career in 2013 before moving into business ownership, where she further developed her leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Returning to real estate in 2024, she has chosen to work with a forward-thinking agency whose modern systems give sellers greater control over how their property is marketed, while providing buyers with a clear and transparent experience. With a hands-on approach and renewed focus, Eliza ensures her clients feel informed and confident from start to finish.
Based in Diamond Harbour, Eliza has a strong appreciation for small coastal towns and the lifestyle they offer. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking, kayaking, exploring Banks Peninsula, playing golf, and being involved with the Charteris Bay Yacht Club.
Eliza brings warmth, honesty, and practical expertise to every transaction. Supported by modern systems and a progressive agency, she delivers a professional and seamless experience. With Eliza, buying or selling is a partnership built on trust, clarity, and local knowledge.
