Backed her instincts and delivered a better result than expected

I had actually met Elissa when she was the selling agent on another property, I was assisting a first home buyer with the purchase and met her during the viewing process, and then through the negotiation process itself, I was really taken by how good she was with the buyer I was helping and how while working for her vendor, she was doing everything she could to also help the purchaser. I told myself when I sold in the future I'd use her without going to anyone else. Been a guy, and not a designer, I sought her advice on what should be done to present the house and what should be done differently, she was completely right. She also arranged the staging for me and I let her have full control over all of that and I couldn't have been happier with the result. The sales campaign went extremely well despite the tough market, she fought tooth and nail to get me the best result while also helping the new buyer get the best they could from the deal. The end result was a result I'd hoped for, and a buyer who genuinely loves the house.. I'll use her again when I sell, and I'll recommend her to people I know
