Elissa works very hard to ensure that the best possible outcome is achieved, does NOT cut corners and is not afraid to push back if she believes it's right to do so. There is no such thing as having 95% integrity. You either have it or you don't!! - Elissa is demonstrably honest, professional and hard working.

We were selling as the executors of an estate and it was complicated… there were many twists and turns getting this property to market. Elissa was the queen of professionalism, follow up and follow through. Elissa has a detailed knowledge of the area and a clear understanding of comparative properties. She red flagged things several times (and was always correct) and paid attention to the details. The word tenacious describes her well.
