Elisa has been great to work with, her estimate on what we could expect the house to sell for was pretty spot on. Being that we live out of town, Elisa has been very helpful in meeting tradies at the house to let them in to do some touch ups. This has been very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elisa (& Tremains) when you are considering selling your house, she's done a great job!
