Eli is youthful and keen. He was very obliging when asking for house paint samples while we were waiting to settle. The vendor had a change of circumstance in relation to her moving on settlement date. These things do happen but Eli communicated straight away and to help both parties helped the vendor move out. He does go above and beyond and we are pleased with the outcome and looking forward to moving in to our new home later tonight/tomorrow.
