We spent many months searching for our first home and met many agents along the way. We found Elena to be genuine, engaging, professional and warm. She went above and beyond to work to our schedule and when it came time to cut a deal, although we understand her fiduciary obligation to represent the seller, we felt respected, understood and treated fairly in the negotiations. After the sale, she continued to be hugely supportive and accomdating.
