We are incredibly pleased with Electra services for our home purchase. Buying our first home is a big step and difficult choice. Electra was available and understood our needs during the process. After a few months searching on our own. Electra was able to make us visit our future house very quickly after it come into the market. She was able to advise us and give us some insight of what an attractive offer would look like for the seller. All documents and paperwork were done online and paperless from home ( great for introverts like me who like to read all nooks and crooks of a contract) Electra is very competent and friendly. She made us feel confortable and we highly recommend buying with her !

I cannot fault the service Electra provided to us. Very responsive and great communication. I know Electra and Tiana worked hard for us. The follow-up of prospective purchasers was outstanding. Vendor reports were timely and informative, all information was carefully recorded. Unfortunately out of the blue our first buyer pulled out of the sale so Electra had to "sell" our house twice. This was not a problem and our sale went unconditional only one day after the first agreement was meant to! Electra didn't miss a beat, she was calm and on the job and this blip didn't phase her! Her calm approach to this meant less anxiousness on our part! A job well done.
