If only we had had Elaine with our other property transactions, it would have been so much easier. She was so helpful with advice and guidance, and never any pressure at all. Elaine went above and beyond too. We were having problems with the Agent we were buying from, and Elaine helped steer us through a difficult purchase which was not actually her job.
