Elaine’s knowledge and professionalism has stood out to me in the time I had dealings with her. Her negotiation skills were great, she kept onto it and put a lot of time into making sure a sale was going to happen. Her friendliness made her easy to deal with which then I’m sure the Purchaser would have found easier too. The place she sold for me took a lot of her time as it required a lot of travelling backwards and forwards. Nothing was a problem to her and she was on hand whenever I needed her.
