Eilish was great to deal with from the beginning. She was honest and communicated well. I appreciated her diligent work and nothing was too much for her. Thanks for the hard work and dealing with the backwards and forwards as the vendors agents heaped on unnecessary clauses which muddied conditions. We got there in the end! Thanks again!
Excellent knowledge of the market, great marketing. Very good communication. The selling process was easier than expected, with a very good result in current market conditions.
Eilish and Sherry were amazing. Every week we a got a review on who went to open day and their responses which was much appreciated. Also available at any time to discuss where we were at. I have used them before and would do again without hesitation.
As we were out of town buyers Sherry was great at explaining the overall dynamics of the area/town and provided us with up todate information as requested.
Elisha was so helpful and professional in the selling of our home. Her knowledge of the market was excellent and would recommend her for selling of your home.
I have found both Eilish and Sherry to be really supportive, knowledgeable and professional during the whole experience of selling my house. I couldn't have asked for better. They have made what is normally a stressful time as easy as possible. Well done ladies.
Eilish and Sherry were fabulous. Our communications started with Sherry and were completed by Eilish - a great team. The purchase was easy, they had good local knowledge and relationships to connect us up with tradespeople. Most importantly they were accomodating and guided us through the process.
Eilish is a great communicator- always fun and cheerful. We are so grateful for her assistance.
