Good communication between myself and the vendor to get a result that pleased all concerned. When we struck a problem they did their bit to help get it sorted out so we could go ahead.Encouraging phone calls which were good as I was doing this as a woman of a certain age and on my own and never having moved.

Jolene and Eddie Eagar are extremely professional and trustworthy. They are a friendly and positive couple, very approachable for both vendors and purchasers. They go out of their way to do everything possible to achieve a sale at the best possible price. They provided regular updates, followed-up with all interested parties and were proactive in the marketing of the property. While we had to adapt our price expectation to the changing market, Jolene and Eddie were never pushy about it, they always listened to our thoughts first and offered several options. They accompanied and guided all the prospective buyers in order to get an offer. We cannot fault how fantastic these guy’s are. They helped us every step of the way though. We could contact them with any worries we had, Helped stage part of our house because we were downsizing. As we had sold off furniture. Nothing was a problem for them to sort it out. The real estate market changed overnight so people were uncertain about committing to buying because interest rates and the world generally was not in a good space. Our buyer was originally from an Asian country and was very unpleasant person to deal with. Totally professional at all times were our agent’s. I can’t say enough highly recommended. We will be referring anyone to these great people.
We could not have had better agents they were fantastic no complaints at all. They done everything in a different environment with house prices dropping, world markets uncertain.
