We found selling our first home in New Zealand to be more stressful than anticipated. However, Eben excels at bringing calm to a challenging situation. He is an excellent communicator and has a reassuring demeanor that kept us engaged and minimized our worries throughout the process. Eben's natural ability to communicate ideas and scenarios effectively, helping us make informed decisions, will undoubtedly ensure his success in any endeavor. Halfway through the sale process, we were ready to withdraw our listing, but Eben remained steadfast in his views and convictions, encouraging us to keep our house on the market. We are incredibly grateful that our house sold within a reasonable timeframe and for a price we were very happy with. We wish Eben all the best in his future career.
