As first home buyers this whole process was extremely daunting for us but Eben made it an absolute breeze. We first went to an open home, met Eben and he had great knowledge of the property and we really felt like he was one of the good ones. We spoke with Eben about putting in an offer on the property but were just waiting on some answers for another property. He was consistent and always checked up on us to make sure we were on track and if we had anymore questions. Once we decided to put in an offer the whole process was so easy and straight forward. During our due diligence period Eben was always available if we had any questions and made sure we knew what the next steps were. Along the way we also met Michael who was lovely and also very helpful. We are so excited to move into our new home and we are very pleased to have gone through the process with an agent who didn’t make you feel like another number or sale. We highly recommend to anyone and we look forward to keeping in touch with Eben in future!
