I engaged Dylan to sell our property in Onehunga. Despite a poor market Dylan worked hard to market our property and find the right buyer. He organised all marketing and staging. The photography was very good quality. He worked really hard and even went above and beyond like vacuuming between open homes. His attention to detail and friendly manner were appreciated. Due to a property they were selling a few houses away, Dylan was door knocking in our area checking if we wanted to be kept abreast of the market developments in Remuera. Dylan worked very hard for us and was successful in selling our home at auction. Early on he was helpful in getting tradesmen to quote for some work we needed done prior to putting our home on the market. He kept us updated regularly on 'open home' feedback and progress. Dylan recently sold my investment unit in central Auckland and his work ethic, knowledge and people skills were instrumental in obtaining an excellent result at auction. There were over 40 viewings throughout the campaign and because of level 3 lock down it was necessary to only show only one prospective buyer at a time, despite the extra work his energy remained high and I was kept informed and updated throughout the process.
