Relaxed and friendly service, with good honest communication

We interviewed a few agents and settled on Dylan as we felt his initially appraisal of our property was the most factual and honest and enjoyed the process due to his relaxed but professional manner. We decided to sell our home just as the market in general was slowing down and despite this becoming a very hard market, Dylan continued to work hard and do what he could to get people through the property and remained communicative and positive throughout. We felt he had good market knowledge and when the property did sell we felt the price we achieved was reflective of similar properties in the same area so were happy with the final result.
