Dylan was very good with all the extra bits that come along with selling, when owners live elsewhere. Checking new carpet was good, and again once the problem was remedied. Getting the garage door sorted when it was needed, turning the mains water on and off for insurance purposes as house was empty and most important, selling the house. At all times Dylan was easy to deal with attentive when required.
