In 2025 we realised that our lovely home in Richmond which we had purchased in 2011, was now too big for us as we reached our 80’s and with our daughter’s help we decided to look at retirement villages ad this kind of life would be good as we were both having health issues. We immediately chose Dwayne Lohmann as our agent and he was assisted by Emma McCashin to sell our house as we had such great service from Dwayne when we bought our last house and sold our previous house in Annesbrook.
