I've recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dutch van Geuns, in my opinion the ultimate real estate professional and team player. Dutch listed my house in a difficult market, after several others had tried and failed to produce any meaningful results. While Dutch has a lot of experience he doesn't keep that to himself and puts a lot of time into exploring the angles and keeping his approach fresh. I have known Dutch van Guens since about five years ago when we were initially considering selling our house in Glenfield and he did an appraisal for us. So last year when I decided at last to sell I was always going to get him and Barfoot and Thompson involved.
