Friendly, genuine, responsive and up-front professional

We found Duncan to be welcoming, friendly and pretty straight-up on our first visit. He followed up but wasn't pushy, and once we were serious about looking at an offer, we found him super responsive (even when i accidentally miscalled him in the weekend) and quick to follow-up, dig around and get back to us with answers for all our questions. A chilled, friendly, responsive and straight-up professional. We were stoked to work with him and would do so again.
