I'm no youngster any more and the prospect of clearing out my sister's house and then selling it was a nightmare which caused me a lot of stress trying to figure out what to do and how. One phone call to Yip changed all that. Duncan (and the girls) were amazing! Nothing was too much to ask and communication was outstanding. Duncan frequently went well beyond the call and made the whole experience easy, and as a bonus, quite enjoyable. He's a great guy with a fantastic sense of humour and so much knowledge. I would heartily recommend Duncan to anyone to get their house sold. Well done mate, and thank you :-)
