My Partner and I made a decision to market our house to sell due to making a decision to move to Australia. We were very open minded and did not need to sell and were prepared to be patient for the right offer in a challenging market. We had plenty of advise on Agents to use based on numbers. But we’re not looking for the ordinary transactional advise.
