Dulcie was fabulous to deal with. I originally brought the section from Dulcie when she was with another company and due to a change in plans we decided to sell and I went back to Dulcie. She works hard for the customer, working on every possible avenue. She is a real pleasure to deal with and I would have not hesitation in recommending her.
Dulcie made the selling process so easy and relaxed. She is very approachable and down to earth, and gave great feedback. She was always available to answer any questions I had. Her market knowledge is superb and I would recommend her to any potential seller or purchaser.
We purchased our first property through Dulcie several years ago, and we're now selling it through her. It was a very satisfying process. Dulcie is a professional, trustworthy, and insightful agent. Throughout the entire process, she consistently kept us in mind and provided timely, constructive advice when we felt indecisive or impatient. If we were to buy or sell our next property, we would choose Dulcie without hesitation.
I’m forever grateful for the excellent help Dulcie has been while we purchased our dream home. Dulcie was very professional and supportive even with our million questions.
I highly recommend Dulcie when buying or selling your property. Dulcie was excellent to deal with during the sale of my father's property. The whole process was stress free thanks to Dulcie and the Arizto app!
She explain well whenever we have questions and always there if we need her...
Selling our home with Dulcie Ellis was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Dulcie brought a perfect mix of professionalism, local market knowledge, and genuine care that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She kept us well-informed at every stage, offered honest advice, and worked tirelessly to achieve a fantastic result. Interestingly, when we were getting quotes, a prominent local agency tried to steer us away from using Arizto—but we’re so glad we trusted our instincts. Our experience with Arizto couldn’t have been better. The model is refreshingly modern and transparent, the process was seamless, and the level of service from Dulcie was every bit as high—if not higher—than traditional agencies. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dulcie and Arizto to anyone thinking of selling. A top-notch agent backed by an innovative and efficient agency. Thank you both for a job incredibly well done!
After what was meant to be a wee look ended up with us selling our house and buying our dream home. Dulcie was extremely professional and very easy to talk to. With the sale of our house Dulcie was there to answer all of our questions, when we didn’t have a great turn out with open homes Dulcie kept our spirts up. 100% recommend Dulcie to anyone looking to buy or sell
We went to a few open homes over our time of looking for our next property where Dulcie was the listing agent. If she wasnt personally doing the open homes, she very quickly got back to us with any information we requested. Once we found the right property, Dulcie was always in contact with us and we found the Arizto app easy to use for the documentation! Dulcie navigated all aspects of our purchase in a responsive manner.
Loved working with Dulcie on the sale of our property. She worked hard to close the gap for us and I could see everything on my app along the way, communication was great on top of what we saw on the dashboard.
I highly recommend Dulcie Ellis as an agent to sell your property. She was knowledgeable of the selling process, obviously highly experienced, and quickly ascertained my priorities as a person and a seller.
Dulcie did a wonderful job selling our property. Nothing was too much trouble. She went the extra mile to make sure we got a really good result, and kept us up to date with the situation all the way along.
