Dougal came in as a co-list and as soon as he did we had an increase in viewings and enquiries. I appreciated that Dougal really listened and wanted to know as much about the home and area as possible, what was the community like, the neighbour's etc. He had fresh advertising ideas and wasn't afraid to try to something different.
