Every step of the process was outstanding. Great advice about the 'catch up' maintenance required to present the property nicely. Well thought out marketing strategy. Good counselling during the stressful parts of the process such as being ready for open days etc. Then a great Team effort at the Auction where Dougal was assisted by the very capable Branch Manager (Shelly) and very capable/knowledgeable Auctioneer (Ben). To cap it off they are all nice people, and it was a pleasure working with them.
