Don was very helpful in getting me an insurance broker which would have been my stumbling block had he not organised that so quickly. Very grateful for that. I also had time constraints and needed to get back to work (overseas), after 2 weeks in Christchurch - he very quickly arranged tradesmen who were very effective and reasonably priced too, for the minor repairs that was necessary. I thought with the time constraints, it would be possible to get the repairs done, but would be expensive, but was happily surprised that the price was reasonable. He was working many late hours even after I had left Christchurch. He has amazing persuasion and negotiation skills to have encouraged so much genuine interest in the property.
