Don is amazing person, very friendly and helpful. When I wanted to sell my home at Auckland at Albany, I approached few agents, but then decided to go with Don, he was neither over optimistic about selling price, nor he was under optimistic, he just told a range that was practical and feasible. He worked patiently, being the property rented, it was not straightforward. But he worked very professionally with the tenants.
