As a somewhat rhetorical purchaser (i.e. I asked a lot of questions and stress-tested everything!), I couldn’t have asked to work with better agents than Dom and Ady. From day one they were proactive, clear and consistent in their communication. They followed through on every point, responded promptly, and demonstrated a strong grasp of the process at every stage. That depth of knowledge really put me at ease — you genuinely feel that everything is in capable hands. What stood out most was their attitude. They were invested in achieving a good outcome for all parties, and somehow managed to make what can often be a stressful process genuinely enjoyable.
