A difficult sale !!

I would like to express my gratitude to Ady and Dominic for the way they went about selling my apartment in the Auckland CBD. It was never going to be an easy sell, but at the end of the day, with great communication between the parties we were able to effect a sale, so all parties are happy. Garth and Mo, after many years talking about the market value of your property we finally had the pleasure of representing you and Mo. The buyer retained the long term tenant and to us that was a great aspect of the sale. I felt so guilty after the last apartment we sold for an unrelated vendor he had to move out and that was ten years ago so when he saw us a second time around I think he thought "here we go again" but it all worked out for the best.
