Dominic is without a doubt the 'best' most 'enthusiastic' Agent I have ever come across. I have been buying and selling properties for the last 40 years in Auckland and other cities. As I am now advanced in years disposing of all properties is the priority. Had a very tiny storage unit in the central city I asked Dominic if he would sell this for me. The enthusiasm and interest he was able to generate for this very small, virtually a little larger than a wardrobe was amazing. The price attained at auction was unbelievable, was shocked infact. Having held a portfolio of leasehold properties and deciding to sell down was always going to be a challenge after many years.
