I couldn't have asked for a better experience than having Dominic guide me through the whole process of a first home purchase from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgable, always made sure to stay in respectful communication and was incredibly patient with me. Dom took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered advice and suggestions throughout the process to make sure I felt confident at every step. We enlisted Dominic as our buyers agent as we navigated the process of buying our first home. He was with us through the entire process, explaining everything we did not understand and was patient and professional throughout. He helped us to negotiate with the sellers agent and this made us feel more comfortable that we were getting a fair price. As shift workers it was often difficult to find the time on weekends to visit open homes so Dominic would organise private viewings of properties that met our criteria. He was always available via phone and was forthcoming with the latest information and developments on properties that we were interested in. As well as this he helped us set up the next step in the process by connecting us with our mortgage advisor and it was nice to feel like we had a bigger team around us supporting us through our journey. 6 months on and we are so happy with our new home! Looking back, we made a great decision letting Dominic help us, we could not have done it without him.
