Easy to talk to and professional. He listens to questions and i didnt feel bombarded with sakes talk. I was very comfortabke to buy a property through Dirk.

We chose Dirk to help us find our next home and he was fantastic to work with. He listened to what we wanted in our next property and was quick to send us suitable places to look through. His communication was great, he is very genuine, and was a pleasure to work with. We would only use Dirk when buying or selling again!

Not only is Dirk super accommodating, he always replies promptly to questions and knows the market inside out. He achieved a great result and made it all seem effortless. Thank you so much - it was a pleasure working with you!

Nothing was a problem dealing with Dirk. We were in a multi offer situation and Dirk operated with integrity and openly with us. Dirk was quick to respond to all our questions and messages.

I listed my late parents unit with Dirk after visiting him at an Open Home in the neighbourhood earlier this month. Fourteen days later the property is Unconditional. An absolutely amazing result Dirk. An incredibly dedicated agent who I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I would recommend Dirk.

Dirk was professional in every way. He understood our needs and also the seller's aims and goals. He communicated clearly through the negotiating process. I will happily work with him again.

I want to thank Dirk for the successful marketing and sale of my Mt Maunganui property. Dirk has exceptional local knowledge. His understanding of local market dynamics coupled with creative marketing techniques helped generate the interest required to get the sale. Dirk and his team have excellent communication skills and provided on a regular basis up to date market information for my evaluation. In light of the great service Dirk provided I have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and colleagues who may require the services of a highly skilled agent.

We want to thank you Dirk for the fantastic work you've done for us. A huge thank you for going the extra mile, from checking if the beds were all made up, to meeting the new cleaner to help her with keys. We are extremely glad that you were recommended to us and have no hesitation in paying forward and recommending you to anyone else who is thinking of buying or selling in the Mount Manganui/Tauranga area. Once again, thank you Dirk for everything.

We had been searching for the right property for over 13 months, needless to say we were very particular buyers. During this time Dirk never failed to disappoint our continuous requests to view a property, answer our calls and provide honest feedback regarding the market. Dirk worked hard for us and cannot thank him enough for his time, effort & professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend or work with him again in future.

Dirk is a true professional. Communication was timely and straight forward. He listened and provided honest feedback and was flexible but most importantly he got the job done! Highly reccomended

Dirk was very professional and patient in what became quite a difficult and protracted negotiation. There is no doubt that this sale would not have happened without his input and timely attention to contractual requirements.
